**The Opportunity**:
Focused on offering a timeless selection of elegantly designed wardrobe staples, this premium womenswear Australian designer is at the forefront of creating sophisticated pieces and delivering them in an elite customer experience.

This boutique will be opening its doors in the heart of Brighton very shortly, and needs a customer focused leader to join the team and lead by example.

**Your New Role**:

- As Store Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and rostering, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency.
- Be responsible for driving sales and KPIs whilst upholding an exceptional level of customer service, and motivating your team by creating a supportive and inspirational work environment.
- Cultivate a supportive, progressive and positive workplace by upholding company values and act as a brand ambassador, undertaking the role with a kind, can-do attitude.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A passionate and enthusiastic Store Manager who enjoys working in a retail environment based around creating strong relationships with your customers.
- Experience in the premium fashion retail space, and leading a team in a boutique like environment.
- Positive communication style and a collaborative attitude when it comes to training and developing your team.
- A good eye for design whether it be the exceptional styling of your customers or the visual merchandising within the boutique.
