**Workforce and Rostering Manager
Mayflower is seeking an experienced Workforce and Rostering Manager to support us in
ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in rostering and workforce management.
**About the role**:
- Lead and support the rostering team to ensure efficient allocation of the workforce
- Coordinate rostering activities across Mayflower
- Engage and support the rostering team to ensure rosters reflect the operational needs
- of the respective Mayflower sites- Develop policies and procedures for the processes in relation to establishment,
- maintenance and variations to rosters- Update, create and implement new workflows and processes to ensure synergy
- between the Rostering Team and operational areas- Identify new opportunities for stakeholders to maximise value using the Humanforce
- platform- Identify and analyse relevant data and trends impacting resources.
- Recommend and implement tactical solutions to improve performance.
