**The Company**

Our client is a premium Australian womenswear designer specialising in natural fabrics and relaxed silhouettes alongside a selection of accessories and jewellery. They are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Store Manager for their Brighton store to lead an established, high performing team.

**The Role**
- Motivate, inspire, and empower your team to drive sales whilst ensuring day to day operations are functioning at maximum efficiency
- Monitor team performance and KPI’s and implement change
- Build strong client relationships through top-tier service and styling
- Prioritise effectively between clients, staff, and operations

**About you**
- A high energy, highly motivated individual that can demonstrate understanding and patience with a range of customer types and connect with a growing market
- Retail management experience within the fashion industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage a team of diverse ages and backgrounds with both empathy and assertiveness

**The Benefits**
- Up to $65,000 salary + super
- Monthly Bonuses
- Generous staff discount and clothing allowance
- Full time role with a Tuesday - Saturday roster, no late nights
