**The role**

Aurora’s residential building in the trendy Newstead precinct - Chester & Ella, is seeking to appoint an energetic super star to join their concierge team with a desire to progress in the field of building and property management under the guidance of the leadership team.

Chester & Ella is a 100% residential building with extensive common area facilities, and you will be taking care of our residents with 5-star service in mind and ensuring these facilities are maintained and presented to an exacting and impressive standard at all times.

In this role, you will be dedicated to ensuring all residents live an effortless life, by coordinating in-house activities, booking services for residents, working collaboratively with suppliers and trades, preparing monthly newsletters and presenting the building at the highest esteem.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Meet & greet residents, visitors, suppliers and contractors directing them through the building as required.
- Provide recommendations and answer enquiries regarding the area, lifestyle services, maintenance requests, trades, etc.
- Organise regular social events, develop and implement new initiative for residents.
- Daily activity reporting as required.
- Attend team meetings as required.
- Book all lifestyle services on behalf of residents.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings.
- Regularly provide feedback to General Manager regarding future services or events
- Tenant check in-out management.
- Monitor movement of trades and suppliers in accordance with Maintenance Schedule.
- Provide assistance to onsite property, building & facilities management as required.

**Salary**: Starting from $24.50 Per Hour

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
