**Change Analyst (12-month Fixed Term)**:

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for organisational change? Join Sunwater as our Change Analyst where you will work closely with Project Sponsors, Business Owners, Project Teams and stakeholders and be responsible for identifying and assessing change, developing plans and artefacts, to build employee capability and confidence to adopt and embed project or initiative implementations. This is a 12-month fixed term role.
As the Change Analyst at Sunwater, you will:
- Identify and assess impacts to ensure the scope of change is clarified early and planned for accordingly.
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments to support change management activities.
- Clarify and articulate the change across people, process and systems taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness and leadership requirements to embed the changes effectively.
- Prepare appropriate plans, progress monitoring and artefacts encompassing change management, collaboration and consultation, communication, and training activities (e.g., training needs analysis and training materials) that build capability and confidence, and support embedding project or initiative implementations.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Sunwater and enable leaders to raise change awareness, foster collaboration and inform project deliverables across all phases of change.
We are seeking a talented individual who can systematically assess people impacts through excellent Excel, analysis and data capture experience. You will be able to develop change management activities and deliverables, produce organisational change artefacts such as written communications, diagrams and models, presentations, learning and support materials, and maintain intranet and SharePoint sites. You will also bring:
- **Strong communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal presentation
- **Ability to influence**:Understanding and the ability to influence and enable leaders to raise change awareness, foster collaboration and achieve intended outcomes.
- **Collaborative**:Work collaboratively with project team members and the different specialists (e.g., Learning & Development, People & Culture, ICT, Operations) to achieve project outcomes.
This role offers an attractive base salary starting from $122,994.69, 12.75% superannuation, access to Banked Time and TOIL and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance, ensuring you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work.
