**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Process Analyst. In collaboration with the Project Managers, other colleagues within the ePMO and ICT Division, you will be responsible for:

- Gathering and analysing data to understand systems within the business for process improvement.
- Documenting current and future states of business processes with the view to optimisation and/or automation opportunities.
- Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements on large scale initiatives.
- Ensuring optimised processes are built into new operating models.
- Providing concise, clear process documentation to support training, change management, testing and assurance across programs and enabling effective handovers business owners.
- Identifing and executing ideas for continuous improvement and innovation

**About You**

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to expand and build on their skills as a Process Analyst

We are seeking someone with:

- Minimum 2 years in business process analysis focusing on Process Architecture, Process Framework development, capability modelling and process modelling.
- Demonstrated experience developing tools and techniques to capture knowledge and business processes.
- Extensive experience with business process mapping and optimisation, process reengineering, business requirements documentation, gap analysis and continuous improvement delivery models.
- Experience using processing mapping, project management and visualisation tools such as Visio, Signavio or similar tool/s (desirable).
- Superior verbal, written and visual communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
