**The duties would include but are not limited to**:

- Dealing face to face or over the phone with customer orders and suppliers while providing outstanding service to satisfy customers needs
- Complete administrative duties such as filing, data entry, invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Logistically organize day-to-day operations, deliveries & pick ups of equipment
- Liaise with the team to ensure that equipment is available, serviced and ready for hire

**Attributes required**:

- Ability to handle working in a fast paced/high pressure environment
- Preferable, but not required:

- Sound knowledge of the hire industry
- Experience with Microsoft office programs word and excel
- Sound knowledge of smart phone functions
- Experience with hire software
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team situation
- Great time management skills and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines with attention to detail
- Reliable, passionate and honest work ethic
- Ability to resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner
- Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with customers, staff and management
- Great personal presentation and hygiene
- Strong Computer skills
