Working from our modern facility in Dandenong South, Tranzworks is enjoying a period of exciting growth and we now have an opening for a Fleet Operations Supervisor position to join our busy Operations Management Team.

Tranzworks employs a comprehensive suite of despatch and tracking technology and the opportunity to work with a close-knit, friendly team that is consistently busy. Our days are full, constantly on-the-go and your work life is guaranteed to be varied and interesting.

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday within our Operations team, maintaining relationships with our varied and long standing customer base.

ABOUT YOU:

You will ideally possess a sound knowledge of the transport industry.

You will lead a variety of tasks, including safety & fatigue, customer service, client and driver engagement and various critical operational processes. You will be punctual and reliable, flexible and keen to rise to new and rewarding challenges. Variation of responsibility and a sharp attention to detail are qualities you thrive on demonstrating and are oriented toward developing your skills and abilities in these areas. You are customer and fleet focused and are proud to provide the best possible service and experience to both.

You will be confident with Microsoft Office tools and apps and will have experience with TMS and despatch systems and the ability to drive the Fleet Control and Customer Service process.
