This role is pivotal in our mission of integrating and transforming content between structured and unstructured data. The Content Automation pillar is critical to our strategy of revolutionizing content handling and presentation of business intelligence data in the AI-assisted future. **This position is remote eligible and reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering.**

**Role Overview**:
As a Manager, Engineering in our Content Automation pillar, you will lead a team of engineers focused on innovative content transformation solutions. You will be responsible for driving results, enabling efficient team delivery, and leveraging differences to create a supportive environment that fosters growth, mentorship, and high performance.

**You Will**:

- Manage a team of software engineers to deliver great products to our customers
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve quality software
- Collaborate with partners across the company, including product management, UX, and customer teams
- Establish lean engineering processes that use collaboration and rapid iteration to build the right product for the right problems
- Hire and grow your team by promoting engineering excellence and career development
- Collaborate with partner teams across the company including product management, development, UX design, and customer support teams

**You Have**:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
- A deep software development skills in at least one of the following, Ruby, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience in distributed systems, systems automation, and cloud technologies.
- The drive to dive in, constantly learn new things, and build awesome products
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Legally eligible to work in Australia on an ongoing basis
