Let’s talk about you

You will play a critical role in supporting Aussie Broadband’s Enterprise Cloud Platform Services team. Your background will include:
- 3-5 years experience in a team leader, manager, or similar role with a strong desire to provide service to the customer beyond their expectations.- A broad and demonstrable knowledge of cloud (public, private), compute and data protection technologies and associated services.- Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to be proactive when issues arise supported by professional written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and mentoring technical team members.- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires agility, decisiveness and high levels of collaboration, teamwork, and communication.

How will you support our “Why?”

As Manager of our Enterprise Cloud & Infrastructure Services team, you’ll play a key role in providing leadership to a technical team and drive best practice across a range of cloud, compute, and data protection solutions, working in close collaboration with the ABB Product, Technology, Engineering and Security teams. This includes:
- Engaging with the sales, account management and other ABB technical and operational teams to ensure a world-class customer experience for ABB’s Enterprise, Government & Wholesale customers.- Leading your team in delivering world class cloud operations and services supporting both day-day operations and customer cloud projects.- Acting as an escalation point for the Enterprise Cloud & Infrastructure Services and other teams as required.- Managing all internal and external relationships in the best interests of the customer.- Identifying and driving the implementation of automation of regular tasks to improve efficiency of the team and increase the reliability, performance, and functionality of customer solutions.
