The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior Enterprise Sales Manager to take ownership of major enterprise accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact role focusing on customer retention, advocacy, and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You'll thrive if you enjoy complex, consultative sales — engaging with everyone from C-suite executives to operational staff — and driving outcomes in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of  enterprise accounts (ANZ)
  • Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels, from senior executives to operations
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling into existing accounts
  • Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, helping clients transition from on-premise to cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with solution specialists, product, and implementation teams to deliver customer success

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in enterprise / strategic account management
  • Track record of success in SaaS, cloud, or complex solution sales
  • Skilled at consultative, multi-level stakeholder engagement (C-suite to frontline)
  • Experience with long-cycle, high-value deals
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Background in construction technology or related industries is a plus, but not essential
