About the role

We are seeking an experience payroll officer on a fixed-term basis for a period of 6 months who has had experience working on payroll projects. The role will involve conducting various payroll audits and undergoing projects in the payroll space. The role will also include payroll processing cover during periods of staff leave.
- Updating employee records for casual conversions
- Auditing staff average hours and updating in Chris21 as required
- Other various audits as instructed
- Running reports for senior management as requested
- Reconciling Worker’s compensation reimbursements
- Reviewing payroll processes

About you
- Sound payroll knowledge and experience
- Experience in payroll in an aged care setting
- Experience using Chris21
- Knowledge of STP Phase 2’
- Project experience
- Ability to interpret EBAs and legislation
