About You

You will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of organisational development and diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.Working in close partnership with your People and Culture team colleagues and business representatives, you will co-design plans and implement activities that engage our workforce and uplift capability. Our strengths lie in our diverse workforce, so harnessing diversity and fostering inclusive practices is critical to your success in building and sustaining a high-performance culture, that is enriched with positive employee experiences.

Key responsibilities include
- Performance Development - Leading SSI’s performance program and ensuring alignment of goals and strategic outcomes
- Talent & Succession Management - Researching, designing and implementing an integrated talent management framework. Reviewing options for identifying talent and ensuring that the organisation has bench strength for the future is key and developing plans to address capability gaps, whilst supporting career development pathways for our employees
- Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging - Contributing to the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy and action planning process by supporting and/or leading initiatives across SSI’s focus areas and their respective working groups and networks
- Sourcing and managing external partnerships and vendors to deliver effective culture, employee engagement and talent processes.
- Culture and employee engagement
- Ensuring that co-design and change management frameworks are applied in developing and implementing strategies and activities, that deliver exceptional people experiences.
- Inputs to policy development and reporting and other duties and/or projects, as required

Essential Criteria
- Degree qualification in human resources or equivalent and NGO or corporate experience with solid experience in Organisational Development or Generalist Human Resources
- Experience in designing and implementing OD frameworks and strategies.
- Effective coaching skills to support leaders and capability uplift across the organisation
- Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with stakeholders all levels.
- High level presentation & facilitation skills to outline proposals, run workshops and training sessions, as needed.
- High level of organisational and project management skills with the ability to plan and execute initiatives and programs
