Are you a skilled bartender with a flair for making exceptional coffee? At Three Blue Ducks, we’re all about honest food, great drinks, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re on the hunt for a talented Bartender & Coffee Specialist to join our team and bring their expertise to our vibrant Melbourne venue.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with a solid understanding of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Barista experience with the ability to make exceptional coffee under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
