Gemini is the first neighbourhood wine bar in Coburg, housed in a 135-year-old renovated building on Sydney road. We are looking to expand our team with the introduction of casual team members who can work at least 2 evening shifts per week, including a Friday and/or Saturday. We also have shifts available during the day for experienced baristas.

Our front of house team will live our values of community and generosity every day. You’ll be the face of Gemini and create incredible experiences for our guests while sharing your passion for food, wine and coffee.

You should have:

- A passion for food and wine, with previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to provide warm hospitality.
- A desire to learn and share knowledge.
- A great attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
- Bonus points (and likely bonus shifts) if you have experience making coffee to a high standard.
