Your Role as a Bar & Service All-Rounder

You'll be the backbone of our guest experience—shifting seamlessly between bar and floor, ensuring every guest leaves happy and eager to return.

Behind the Bar

  • Craft and recommend signature cocktails, beers and house-made mocktails
  • Keep the bar organised, stocked, and sparkling clean
  • Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible service

On the Floor

  • Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth; guide them through our menu
  • Take and deliver orders using our POS; upsell sides, sauces, and drinks
  • Check in after service to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance multiple drink orders and table service during peak periods
  • Process payments accurately and close out tabs
  • Maintain consistency in presentation—glassware, plating, and ambience
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
  • Restock and prep for upcoming shifts; uphold our spotless standards

What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year combined bartending and wait-service experience
  • Certifications: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) mandatory; barista skills a plus
  • Attitude: Energetic, adaptable, and solution-focused under pressure
  • People Skills: Exceptional communication, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality
