**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and offering drink suggestions.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Clean glassware and utensils, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall bar and venue operations.
- Manage bar opening and closing duties when required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 6-12 months preferred).
- A valid RSA certificate (essential).
- Knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

**Desirable**:.
- Wine knowledge or barista training certification.
- Experience working in fast-paced bars, pubs, clubs, or hotel venues.

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
