This is a 2 year fixed term contract.

**About the Role**

As the Learning Manager on an exciting and high impact Supply Chain project, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering learning programs that not only support teams transition to a more modern and integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) but also help multiple sites adopt remodelled supply chain processes.

Working with a highly experienced and collaborative project team you’ll lead a small Learning team responsible for delivering the best possible learning experience for end users.

You will:

- Build exceptional working relationships with site stakeholders at every level
- Work closely with the Coles L&D and site learning teams to ensure learning approach is practical and aligned with Coles broader strategic learning approach
- Engage and collaborate with third party learning providers
- In collaboration with the Change team develop a structured approach for building capability in our Warehouse Coaches
- Create meaningful assessment and feedback loops to improve learning delivery and measure site readiness
- Manage team priorities and project deliverables and timelines

**About you and your skills**

From engaging eLearning programs to immersive system simulations, you blend creativity, technology, and instructional design expertise to deliver learning experiences that build capability and embed learning.

Furthermore, you are:

- Passionate about making learning engaging, relevant, and impactful
- Experienced in rolling out large-scale learning programs for a system implementation (bonus points if you've worked in supply chain or operations)
- An exceptional relationship builder who can influence and collaborate with stakeholders at every level
- Self-sufficient and independent able to deliver project outcomes to quality standards based on a detailed project plan
- Practical and commercially aware - understand the business implications of Learning approaches and plans
- Data fluent - you use metrics to inform, evaluate, and continuously improve programs.
