**About the role
- 12 Months Fixed term**:
This role will lead the Training strategy, development, planning & execution of Store Support Centre Teams for the OCADO Program. Tasks include managing resources against the project plan and the Training Blueprint to meet project milestones, budget objectives, performing Needs Analysis, Solution design, and the development of training programmes.

**Responsibilities**
- Project Management: Work collaboratively to lead and/or contribute to the execution of projects and initiatives that deliver high quality, sustainable outcomes on time and on budget
- Project Delivery Support: Contribute to the execution of projects to deliver sustainable outcomes on time and high quality.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare and coordinate the completion of accurate and timely written materials and reports, using data from a range of sources presented in various ways; and contribute to recommendations that have a impact over the short and long term.
- Change Management Support: Support and contribute to change initiatives by providing analysis, contributing to engagement and communication, coordinating activity, and monitoring progress and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
- External Contractor Engagement: Prepare briefings and information for vendors to support the delivery of projects/services; monitor and evaluate outcomes and recommend remedial actions where necessary.
