**Receptionist - Aged Care**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional receptionist and administration support person to join our Emerald Hill Residence in South Melbourne.

Availability: Saturday and Sunday 9:30 to 3:30

Friday (every Second Week) 9:15am to 5:15 pm

You'll ideally be someone with Aged Care experience or have worked in a similar environment however we are willing to meet with those who can demonstrate exceptional administration experience and the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment.

Working closely with our team, you'll get to know how our home operates and be the warm welcome everyone loves when they visit or call us.

**Your role will include**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors to the Home in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing phone calls and enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service to our residents, visitors and staff
- Provide administration support as necessary

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A calm and professional manner
- The ability to interact and communicate with our diverse staff base
- Deal with changes and urgent request in a timely manner
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
- Prior experience in a care environment would be highly desirable
