We are seeking a **Fixed Term** **Full Time** Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team **Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm until June 2025 **with possible extension, due to a Parental Leave cover for an **immediate start.**

**Your New Role**
As a** Front Receptionist, **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of administrative and reception functions
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
- Assisting with facility accounts
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers
**About You**
Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
**Does this sound like you?**
- Previous administrative and rostering experience
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services is favourable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
