**The Role**
As Product Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing a diverse suite of financial products. This includes overseeing product disclosures, regulatory compliance, member & adviser communications, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Strategy, the Product Manager will regularly work with the CEO and collaborate closely with the distribution team and a variety of external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the preparation of product disclosures, such as significant event notices, PDSs, and TMDs.
- Stay informed about upcoming regulatory changes and assess their impact on our product suite.
- Prepare prescribed information, including annual member meeting notices, income strategies, and annual reports.
- Develop member and adviser communications, encompassing annual statements, tax guides, and updates.
- Monitor and maintain company website, facilitate updates to product forms and maintain policies under the AFSL.
- Collaborate and business partner with cross-functional teams for key meetings and contributing to strategic documents.

**About You**
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity based in Brisbane, well suited to professionals with experience/exposure to product management, superannuation, IDPS, or other investment products. Tertiary studies in finance, RG146 qualification, and Diploma of Financial Services would be advantageous, as is a strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and the relevant legislation and compliance.
