**The Role**

As a Chapter Lead, the role is also responsible for leading the professionalisation of the Cost Estimation function within DDG and will mentor, guide and support junior cost estimators. The role sits within the DDG Program Management Office (PrMO), where you will be supported by several other Chapter Lead peers. The Department will be creating merit pools to fill vacancies across the Organisation over the next 18 months.

- Be comfortable working in fast paced project environments with competing priorities.
- Have extensive SME experience in Cost Estimation for ICT Projects and Programs.
- Have in-depth understanding of relevant industry best frameworks and techniques.
- Have a proven ability to develop standardised tools and processes in support of ICT Project and Program Cost Estimation.
- Be able to lead a small team.
- A commitment to continuous improvement.
- Be able to plan a way forward that aligns to strategic goals with mínimal direction.
- Excellent ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and be a strong communicator.
