Position Overview
Charter Keck Cramer's Residential Development Valuation group has an opportunity for an Associate Director to join their team in Sydney. Reporting to the National Director, this position will undertake development valuations including townhouse, apartment, and mixed use.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to quoting requests and communicate process and timeframes.
- Pursue client relationships to generate new business.
- Manage existing client relationships to support workflow.
- Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Promote and market the Charter Keck Cramer brand and Valuation's business.
Position Requirements
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification.
- API membership and current certificate of compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines.
