The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of utility projects across the water, sewer, electrical, and gas sectors.

This will include large-scale utility relocations and upgrades with multiple design challenges and stakeholders, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and time targets are met across our projects.

About You - To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on civil or utilities construction projects.

Excellent organizational skills and confidence in managing complex projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and problem-solve.

Ability to lead and motivate team members.

Proven technical knowledge and track record of delivering profitability on civil construction projects within a safe working environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project is essential.
