My client, a reputable and rapidly growing civil construction company, is currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a strong background in roadworks and earthworks. This position involves overseeing the successful completion of a projects valued between $10m-$100m.

We are searching for top talent who will report to the Project Manager and take charge of project planning, organization, coordination, and resource management to effectively achieve key objectives. Safety remains a top priority, and the Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Previous experience in bulk earthworks projects
- Proficient site and people management skills
- Strong construction management capabilities
- Effective resource management and utilization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities, including deductive reasoning and analytical thinking
- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet changing deadlines
- Competence in client and project-level functions

Essential competencies for this role include:

- Exposure to civil construction projects
- Multitasking abilities
- Capacity to plan and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of WHS, quality, and process improvement management
