**The Role**:
As our **Marketing Coordinator**, you will play a key role in ensuring our property marketing and brand presence are executed seamlessly. This **full-time, Monday to Friday** position is a **junior role** and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare marketing quotes and manage the booking of multiple suppliers for property campaigns.
- Coordinate and schedule property marketing activities, including photography, videography, floor plans, and print advertising.
- Manage the marketing calendar to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly.
- Create and review marketing proofs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and signboards.
- Liaise with multiple agents to understand campaign requirements and provide marketing support.
- Work closely with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in digital and social media marketing initiatives as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property, or a fast-paced industry (preferred but non essential).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Creativity and an eye for design, with experience in Canva, or similar (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with agents, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
- **Preferred**: Real estate certificate (not essential). A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
