**The primary location of this position will be in Gosford, though there will be some travel between our four hospitals: Gosford, Wyong, Woy Woy and Long Jetty.**

**What you'll be doing**

With support, this role will be responsible for the development and delivery of Aboriginal cultural awareness and capability building initiatives across the Central Coast. This includes the coordination and delivery of the Respecting the Difference cultural awareness program and working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop a range of Aboriginal specific learning initiatives that aim to build culturally safe work places and health services for staff, patients, carers, families and visitors.
