Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist with planning, delivering, and evaluating health projects using culturally safe approaches.
  • Administrative Support: Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence, records, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cultural Integrity: Ensure all work reflects and respects Aboriginal cultures, values, and experiences.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with teams, communities, and partners to support shared outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Prioritise effectively, solve problems proactively, and handle sensitive matters with care and cultural awareness.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated, culturally aware individual who is passionate about creating positive change in Aboriginal health. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills, including diary management, documentation, and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to effectively support and deliver projects on time, using sound project management practices.
  • Experience in data collection and reporting, providing clear and accurate information for decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, able to work well independently and in teams, and adapt flexibly while upholding cultural safety and equity.
