Aboriginal Cultural Capability Specialist

Job Title
This is a unique opportunity to develop and deliver cultural awareness initiatives across the Central Coast. We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and knowledge of Aboriginal cultures.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating and delivering learning initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to create culturally safe workplaces and health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver cultural awareness programs
- Coordinate and deliver the Respecting the Difference cultural awareness program
- Work with stakeholders to develop learning initiatives
- Build relationships with staff, patients and visitors
