We are seeking a **Senior Development Manager** to manage a select number of CPG Estates’ land subdivision projects.
**THE ROLE**
The Senior Development Manager will manage the acquisition, design, approvals, sales and marketing, financing, and delivery of a select number of CPG Estates’ land subdivision projects. This role is based in our Norwest or Beresfield offices.
**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:
- Develop, manage, monitor, and report on all development outcomes and deliverables with agreed timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve project timeframes.
- Manage development of concept designs and formulate the initial feasibility for potential acquisitions.
- Lead the coordination of consultants, authorities, house builders, contractors, financiers, partners and all other internal or external stakeholders involved with a development.
- Manage the preparation and lodgement of all documentation for Council, State Government and other authorities related to the development.
- Prepare, oversee, update, and analyse the feasibility and cashflow projections to ensure the financial aspects of the development are always monitored and remain current.
- Stay current on industry developments, market changes and new technologies to assist with your work.
**To be successful for this role you'll need**:
- Minimum 7 years of Development Management experience of planning, feasibility management, authority framework, project sales and marketing, civil design, and project construction delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sound conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Have a strong grasp of market demand, pricing strategies and customer preferences.
- Understanding of feasibility and project funding.
- Understanding of civil infrastructure and servicing design and construction.
- Understanding of WHS requirements.
