Customer Service Representative

Regency Park, Australia ALLIED EXPRESS Full time

Allied Express requires an experienced Customer Service officer for our busy call centre based at Regency Park.

**This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.**

You will have existing experience in customer service, preferably within the transport/logistics sector. We require someone who can complement our existing call centre team and who can bring to the table a genuine passion for client satisfaction and customer service. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming calls, entering job bookings into our despatch system.
- Perform customer service functions and investigations as required.
- Update customers regularly.
- Liaise with other branches reinvestigations.
- General office duties and support.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Good communication skills.
- Sound office administrative skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Transport experience is preferable;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Excellent typing skills;
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to investigate, follow up and resolve issues;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent telephone manner.
