**The Role**:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated **Kitchen Leader** who knows their way around a conveyor belt pizza oven and can flip burgers like a pro. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team, showcase your skills, and have a blast while making amazing food.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
- Preparing and cooking pizzas using a conveyor belt oven and crafting delicious burgers.
- Inspiring and training a young, enthusiastic team.
- Overseeing stock, food prep, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Working closely with management to innovate and improve our menu.
- Maintaining a fun, upbeat kitchen vibe while keeping efficiency at its peak.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience** in pizza making (conveyor belt oven experience required) and burger preparation.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great food.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Someone eager to step up into a leadership role and grow with us.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping cool under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
