The Role
- Maintain appropriate office stock (including kitchen supplies) to ensure we do not run out and that inventory is kept to a minimum keeping in mind the storage limitations and cost of excessive stock.
- Internal and external mail deliveries
- Look after the reception - greeting guests and visitors
- Answer and managing incoming calls
- Managing printer support to ensure printer in working order
- Managing relationship with building manager
- New staff member security swipe card and key issue and management
- Ad hoc travel and event management
- Assist the Marketing and other departments as requested

About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in office management
- Experience in Graphic design advantageous
- High level communication skills and attention to detail
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands
- Flexible and adaptable
- Switched on with the ability to think outside of the box
