**The role**

Currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join the Koko team in a Kitchen Steward position. In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Maintaining general cleanliness and sanitising of all kitchen surfaces.
- Using various types of commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals.
- Taking out rubbish bins, assisting with deliveries and restocking.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Minimum 1-2 year's experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen.
- Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene.
- Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work autonomously.

**Additional Information**:
This is a Full-Time position across Tuesday to Sunday. Availability across weekends, late nights and public holidays will be crucial for the role.
