**The opportunity**
We are seeking a highly organised and passionate Learning Specialist who loves design, scheduling training, creating learning presentation material and admin superstar to complement our CMO Sales Support team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation and embedding of our CMO training plan and maintaining the Sales Learning Management System (SLMS).
- Ensure our SLMS data is accurate, up-to-date, and regularly maintained by onboarding new employees, offboarding inactive employees and updating relevant internal movements.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external training for our three sales teams.
- Create and maintain a training library with regular connect ins with product partners to ensure accuracy.
- Identify key SMEs across the business to facilitate training and create a facilitator roster reflective of our roadmap, capability enhancements and innovation releases.
- Lead and drive regular reporting for managers to drive employee usage and completion of learning.
- Administer LMS core content, including launch of new modules, and management of enrolments.
- Prepare training packs from product information and coordinate training schedules, training sessions and work closely with HR around staff development and planning.
- 25% of the role will also comprise of general admin support to the Head of Sales Support and broader CMO Leadership team.
**To be successful in this role you have had or are**:
- Experience with general adminstration and diary management.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can convey information professionally.
- Must be organised, proficient in planning and time management skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and developing high quality templates and training material for the facilitators.
- Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, HR Administrator, Learning Educator or Executive Assistant would be highly regarded.
