**Hi, we're Epicon**, a growing IT Services and Consulting company, powered by Telstra Purple. Epicon brings a unique perspective to contemporary multi-sourced IT environments. We are a ServiceNow Elite Partner, currently working on some of the largest ServiceNow transformation projects in Australia.
**The opportunity**
Are you a ServiceNow specialist who can lead and manage our ServiceNow Academy? The Academy has 8 -20 people undergoing their development journey at any time. Our Academy provides 6 months dedicated training time, for employees to become certified ServiceNow and ITIL professionals. They receive certified training through ServiceNow as well as being personally coached and supported by you. You also arrange real time experience through shadowing and client work before, they move into our ServiceNow delivery squad.
You'll also:
- Maintain extensive background in ServiceNow implementation, integration and learning pathways.
- Be able to identify, develop and mentor our employees during their Academy journey that allows them to smoothly integrate into delivery teams.
- Demonstrate strong technical and management skills. ITIL certifications, training and assessment certifications are highly desirable.
- Need to have exceptional people skills, complemented by your awesome communication skills, resilience, flexibility and commitment to customer service.
**About you**
- Multiple implementation specialist certifications.
- TAE40116 or equivalent (desirable not compulsory)
- Currently Canberra based (desirable not compulsory)
