**About the Division

The Operations Division manages the effective delivery of QRA managed funding programs, including responsibility for overseeing the joint State and Commonwealth Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and resilience funded projects by State and Local Government agencies and Non-Government Organisation's.

About the Team

This role supports QRA's delivery of DRFA and funded projects by monitoring program performance through to completion. The majority of the projects delivered will be civil construction road works which vary in value, scope & complexity. In this role you will support a range of technical staff who are responsible for quantifying, verifying, and processing applicants monthly progress payments (claims).

About the Role

Assist local government and other delivery agents to successfully execute programs, while delivering program management and project controls for funding programs.
Assist with quantifying, verifying, and processing applicant monthly progress and payment claims and associated governance tasks.
Interrogate general ledgers and monitor cash-flow financial positions.
Facilitate variations and extension of time.
Prepare agendas and minutes for Team meetings, ensuring all relevant issues are included and follow-up actions are tracked and delivered. Provide administrative support to facilitate effective and productive meetings.
Develop and implement PDO induction process to assist with the integration of PDO new starters, ensuring they have knowledge and support to perform their role.
Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the PDO team, including preparation and distribution of documentation, project document control, and supervision and maintenance of the PDO team's records management system.
Prepare and review reports, briefing notes, departmental and other correspondence in accordance with organisational requirements.
Assist in identifying (discover), developing, implementing, embedding and sustaining systems, procedures and/or processes for program management continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Director, Program Delivery Office.
