**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
As a Field Support Officer, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our public spaces immaculate. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and have the flexibility to manage your tasks independently. Your day will include:

- Upholding Council’s Code of Conduct and ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
- Seeking out ways to improve our services and enhance community satisfaction.
- Completing mandatory training to keep your skills up-to-date.
- Using Council resources wisely and ethically to promote sustainability.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:
We’re looking for someone who is not only qualified but also brings a friendly and positive attitude to our team. Here’s what you need:

- A valid Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Previous cleaning experience and a knack for customer service.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and the desire to embrace new technology.

Bonus points if you have experience with the One Council system, MR Licence, or a Boat Licence We’re more than happy to train you on industrial cleaning machines for those busy CBD areas.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated within 2 weeks of closing
- **Package**:From**$82,599 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Permanent full time role 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
