A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google's Data Center Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team is integrated across all stages of the data center life cycle.

CSRM is a dedicated organization chartered with protecting the people and assets of Google’s global critical infrastructure.

Our mission is to deliver and operate the safest, most secure, and resilient technical infrastructure through a comprehensive compliance, safety, and risk management program.

As part of CSRM, the EHS organization is committed to protecting the physical, emotional, and mental health of our teams through proactive and engaging programs and services. We partner across the entire Cloud Supply chain to reduce our EHS risks.

Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain the EHS Assurance Standard and Audit Procedure. Serve as the primary point of contact, initiate and lead assurance and audit activities, including planning, scheduling, management of the third-party vendor assurance model, timely communications and reportings.
- Oversee the assessment of practices, procedures, and facilities to ensure compliance with EHS regulations, Technical Standards, EHS Management System (EHSMS) requirements, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure the evaluation of the effectiveness and implementation of the EHSMS. Ensure the verification EHS regulatory compliance and conformance to EHS MS requirements.
- Recommend improvements to EHS programs, systems, and procedures to reduce risk exposure and noncompliance.
- Collate, interpret, and report on audit data to inform identified risks at the site, regional, and global levels. Drive process improvement by analyzing audit data to identify trends, deficiencies, and best practices.
