**About the role**
Reporting to the HRD, you will work closely with the business to provide HR generalist support to the Australian region, a client group of 100+ employees. You will drive strategies around Talent Management, Learning & Development and EVP initiatives to align to the business' needs. You will provide advice and coaching around people matters including workforce planning, performance management, leadership capability, and some ER matters.
**About you**
Degree qualified, you are someone who is collaborative, personable, creative, practical and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You can demonstrate the ability to influence and coach managers around advice or development and you also don't mind rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced and agile environment. This is a great career opportunity for a high performer who likes to get involved in the day-to-day HR activities as well as projects that drive engagement and business performance.
