**About the role and where you will be working**:
**_ You will be required to have your own car to use for work purposes_**

We're committed to providing excellent and friendly domestic cleaning services for our home care clients in **Mandurah, WA**.

This role will see you working closely with our Client Care Coordinators to support our ultimate endeavour - enable our clients to remain at home for as long as possible

Our team of Domestic Cleaners is growing - and we’d love for you to come and join us. You’ll ensure that all of our clients have a clean, safe and comfortable living environment at home.

**We’ll also be asking you to**:

- Undertake home cleaning according to specific Care Plan requirements.
- Provide feedback to client care coordinators if you notice any client behaviour that might require a new assessment.
- Conduct yourself in a pleasant & professional manner.
- Make sure that each client is satisfied with cleaning services provided.
- Complete documentation as required.
- Attend & contribute to Support Worker & Domestic Cleaning Worker meetings.

**About you**:
You're a career cleaning professional, and enjoy delighting your customers with quality and friendly service.

It's ok if you don't have aged care experience, but you should have a natural ability to respect client privacy and be able to understand & follow required processes and guidelines.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:

- Experience cleaning peoples' homes.
- Great interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate well with others.
- The ability to use mobile technology and apps with ease.
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our clients.
- Own reliable motor vehicle & valid WA driver’s license.
- Driving confidence on Australian roads & during peak-hour as required
- Based in Mandurah or surrounds
