**The Role**:
We are seeking **2 x Domestic Assistants** to join our team on a **casual** basis at **Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home**. This 50-bed facility features landscaped gardens and a memory support area for residents with dementia. Successful applicants will provide relief across morning, afternoon, weekend, and public holiday shifts, with opportunities to train as Kitchen Hand and Laundry Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean bathrooms, toilets, furniture, fittings, floors, and communal areas.
- Stock supplies across the facility.
- Liaise with other employees to meet residents' needs.
- Label and put away residents' personal clothing, identifying items that need mending.

**About You**:

- Experience as a Domestic Assistant/Cleaner in aged care, hospital, or similar environment.
- ‘Can do’ attitude and genuine compassion for residents.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to uphold Bethanie's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply).
