We’re looking for a Trade Mark Assistant with high attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlines to join our Melbourne team on a Full-time basis. With Hybrid work arrangements available and a supportive team, this position will contribute to the smooth running of the Trade Marks practice. **Key Responsibilities**
- Processing and handling of e-files
- Word processing (dictaphone and copy typing)
- Drafting trade mark and filing documentation with IP Australia and other jurisdictions.
- Drafting correspondence to clients and associates both locally and overseas
- Monitoring daily deadlines efficiently and effectively
- Diary and calendar management as required

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an IP Assistant working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Transcribing dictation using a digital system efficiently
- Knowledge of IP systems (e.g. Inprotech)
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience of database and internet search skills
