**What we want from you.**
- Oversee and support a team of approx. 7-10 sales team members during their day-to-day activities.
- **Motivate, inspire, and empower **your Sales Team.
- Create and implement new policies and procedures that help to ensure quality, **growth **& **profitability**:

- Assist with new starter **training**, as well as providing continued coaching and development.
- In collaboration with the leadership team, identify and address staff **learning **and **development **needs.
- Ensure sales team are achieving and exceeding KPI’s both individually and as a team.
- Implementing performance improvement plans
