We’re on the lookout for a Survey Manager to lead and support the Survey Department across South East QLD and Northern NSW.

This is a full-time position located on the Sunshine Coast Head Office (Forest Glen) with regional travel as required.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management, strategic direction and operational success of the Surveying and Drafting Departments. This position involves both office and field related tasks associated with land surveying and civil engineering projects. You’ll lead the Survey Team providing mentoring, support, and guidance.

**About you**:

- You’ll have extensive experience as a Senior Surveyor or Survey Manager in working on large civil construction projects.
- Ideally, you’ve led your own team(s) and can demonstrate your ability to influence to drive positive outcomes
- A solid understanding of Australian Surveying Standards and Principles
- Proficient skills in computer programs (data collection and downloading, CAD and DCDB and survey component of engineering design software).
- Skilled in survey related software 12D
- CASA Remote pilot licence (desirable)
