**Title**:Administration Assistant - Central Systems
**Employment Type**:Part-time (22.8 hours per week)
**Location**:Bendigo
**Salary**:$30-$32 per hour (depending on experience)

**About the Role**
This position will be a part of team, who are responsible for operational excellence and outcomes. We are responsible for the technology networks, systems and the administration of work, health, and safety compliance in our hubs. We work together to provide data and information to assist our EI employees. We support our team members with the resources required to enable productivity across the organisation.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrated experience in administration role/s and/or customer service
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and influence - enabling the delivery of practical solutions within timelines
- Ability to work with KPI targets
- Experience or knowledge with risk prevention and management
- Ability to compile, analyse and present statistical data
- Experience or knowledge with Skedulo
- Experience working in NDIS/Disability sector is desirable, however not essential.
- Prior to commencement, you’ll also need to obtain a Working With Children’s Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
As an Administration Assistant - Central Systems at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
**Onboarding assistance**
- Utilising employee onboarding and offboarding processes within relevant systems
- Providing onboarding training for new employees and ongoing technical support
- Assisting practitioners with adding signatures and updating information as required
- Ensuring new practitioners’ Skedulo calendars are available and up to date with relevant training agendas
**Systems management**
- Troubleshooting and problem solving technical and software issues until they are resolved, maintaining a state of operational readiness
- Testing and implementing new software programs (guided by our IT experts), and providing ongoing support and training as required
- Creating and maintaining data reports and dashboards
- Working to a budget and containing the costs of the provision of services by Central Systems
**Work, health and safety and compliance management**
- Keeping Insurance policies and compliances up to date on external sites
- Ensuring that leases are managed, and renewals are actioned when required.
- Ensuring all Work Health and Safety regulations compliant and hub audits are completed
**Project Management**
- Ensuring new sites are furnished, amenities made active and ready for move in date and ongoing maintenance is actioned. Adding new sites to relevant programs to ensure access and relevant data.
- Actively participate in the implementation of the company major projects
**Purchasing**
- Providing electronic equipment to all staff, actioning maintenance and replacements as required and ensuring assets are returned as part of employee offboarding
- Purchasing and approving items required by offices, including sourcing viable and competitive providers (in liaison with the Finance Team).
