**About the role**

In this varied and fast-paced role, your primary responsibility is to assist the Resourcing Supervisor in coordinating the logistics and various travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation and hire Vehicle bookings, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the Control Centre to achieve safe and successful outcomes.

This role is a key point of contact between relevant stakeholders and other associated partner agencies involved across the contract.

**Key duties but not limited to**:

- Collate and complete all documentation in relation to Inter Prison Transfers with DOJ Operations
- Liaise with Airlines in relation to the planning of all flight movements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
- Liaison with bases, courts, prisons and WA Police Force to ensure all data is correct and current
- Compilation of risk assessment templates
- Compiling records from the Data Collection Management System
- Operating as team member to deliver the whole service

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in a similar administration support role, ideally obtained within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent level of service delivery
- Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Preparation of reporting ability to identify and propose workable solutions to problems
- Flexible and resilient with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Have an Intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office knowledge base
- An ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple operational managers and support function representatives as well as a high-profile client
