Full job description

The Opportunity: We have a wonderful opportunity for somebody to join SmartCorp Plumbing (Qld) Pty Ltd on a permanent full-time basis. Due to recent growth, we are now looking for an experienced office manager to come on board. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for:

- Managing records and accounts
- Diarising of staff calendars
- Allocating human resources and review of office services
- Pivotal role in the recruitment, onboarding and induction process of new staff
- Office inventory and supply management
- Develop, administer and maintain policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Allocate tasks and assignments and monitoring performance
- Liaise with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Manage staff relations

Experience in all areas is not essential.

ABOUT YOU
- Good organisational and time management skills
- XERO experience advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally you will have come from a construction/building or plumbing company
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Able to make decisions and problem solving
- Work autonomously
- requires a relevant diploma or 3 years of full time work experience.

Our office is based on the Gold Coast, however we contract throughout Brisbane and Northern NSW

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
