**About Us**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to Japanese-speaking and other language students, offering guidance on school policies, enrolments, and course information.
- Coordinate with the Director of Studies and other staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Assist with student admissions, documentation, and visa-related processes.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to student welfare, administration, and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel supported and integrated into the school community.
- Help implement and improve office procedures and workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with financial and accounting tasks, such as invoicing and budget management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Native or fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in office management or administration (experience in an educational setting is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A friendly, customer-oriented approach with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.
